PAYMENT TERMS

A 25% per week deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 75% balance of your holiday should be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A breakage deposit of £100 is required with your payment balance, which will be reimbursed within 5 days of your return.

Meet our resident cat "Kit" who lives in the villa garden

If you have allergies to pet hair and cats, it’s important to take this into account when considering Emilianya. We leave a supply of cat biscuits inside the villa for guests to feed him them if they choose to. “Kit” is a very calm and affectionate cat who would love to meet you!
